    DUNCAN & ROSS background
    Description
    • Generate new customer leads at allrevenue levels to achieve the business andgrowth.
    • Influencing and networking withprospective Clients to build relationships at senior levels, andidentify business needs to address.
    • Build andmaintain strong, long-lasting clientpartnerships.
    • Create proposals, follow up on atimely basis, negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximizeprofits.
    • Develop trusted advisor relationshipswith key contacts and customer stakeholders; Ensure the timely andsuccessful delivery of our solutions according to customer needsand objectives.
    • Clearly communicate theprogress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to Duncan& Ross Management.
    • Forecast and trackkey business development metrics (e.g., weekly reporting ofpipeline development and progress, quarterly sales results andannual forecasts).
    • Collaborate with sales teamto identify and grow opportunities withinterritory.
    • Assist with challenging clientrequests or issue escalations as needed.
    • Travelacross the GCC on a timely basis to meet prospective clients andidentify their needs while visiting their offices and presentingDuncan & Ross SolutionsPortfolio.
    • Update the CRM contacts,opportunities on a day-to-day basis.
    • ProjectMobilization Remobilization Oversight on newprojects.

    KNOWLEDGE ANDEXPERIENCE:

    • Strong proven Business Developmentand Sales Skills.
    • 5 Years+ Experience in theTechnology Sector.
    • We do expect that you dohave the experiences/ behaviors below.
    • Havestrong communication and interpersonalskills.
    • Have a flexible and motivated teamplayer.
    • Fluent in English; Arabic is aplus
    • Handle the Office tools (Word, Excel,PowerPoint) very well.
    • Provide clear andaccurate Sales reports and analysis.
    • Having aclient minded and goal-oriented focus and you have aproblem-solving attitude.
    • Autonomous work andthe necessary flexibility (think of customer visits,events,...)
    • Strong systematic andorganizational
    • Communicative,customer-oriented, eager to learn, result-oriented and driven areskills that come in handy in thisrole.
