    A leading company providing Freight forwarding and Logistics solutions is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and drive growth in UAE.

    Minimum 4 years of experience with freight forwarding and logistics activitiesSuperior communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesAbility to work autonomously and contribute synergisticallyAmbition to surpass sales targetsSales experience with success in the cold-calling environmentOutstanding organizational skills, excellent time management skills, ability to multitaskAbility to effectively train others, preferably with experience in doing soAbility to make quick, smart business decisionsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing prioritiesBachelor degree preferredPrevious management/supervisory experience preferred


    Key Responsibilities:
    Perform thorough market research to uncover potential clients and market trendsAnalyze competitors and industry advancements to maintain a competitive edgeEstablish a strong customer base and expand market presence to drive revenue growthIdentify business opportunities and build strong customer relationshipsEngage with potential clients to comprehend their requirements and present customized solutionsEstablish and manage a robust lead pipeline to meet sales objectivesFoster and sustain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholdersServe as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issuesCraft and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clientsNegotiate contracts terms and pricing arrangements to secure new business opportunitiesFacilitate timely closure of sales contracts and agreementsIdentify possibilities for geographic and service expansionDevelop and implement strategies to enter new markets and sectorsProvide regular updates and reports on sales activities and achievementsPredict revenue, monitor performance against targets, and adapt strategies as requiredEnsure compliance of all contracts and agreements with company policies and industry regulationsMaintain accurate records of all sales-related undertakings
