    GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering effective communication within the organization.

    Requirements

    • Responsibilities:
    1. Calendar Management:
    • Coordinate and manage the executive team's calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
    • Draft, proofread, and edit emails, reports, and other documents.
  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes.
  • Travel Arrangements:
    • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executive team members.
  • Document Management:
    • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
  • Expense Management:
    • Process and track expense reports for executive team members.
  • Project Support:
    • Assist in various projects by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports.
  • Office Management:
    • Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and handling incoming calls.
  • Confidentiality:
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks:
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the executive team.
