    Hybrid/RemotePosition

    As Digital MarketingManager, you are focused on executing, optimizing, and managing alldigital platforms to support lead generation and revenue growth.Your primary purpose is to execute effective digital marketingcontent and strategies that drive highly effective campaigns tointeract with targeted audiences and generateleads.

    Responsibilities:

    Buildand execute an overall digital strategy and content that generatesleads and builds revenue growth through competitive research,platform determination, benchmarketing, messaging, and audienceidentification

    • Develop and executemulti-faceted content marketing campaigns that drive acquisition,engagement, and retention
    • Develop a robustemail and drip campaign strategy
    • Compile andanalyze appropriate metrics, insights, and bestpractices
    • Work closely with researchers andstrategist to integrate consumer insights into marketingcampaigns
    • Manage all content and ensure itadheres to SEO, lead generation, and email marketing bestpractices
    • Managing PPC campaigns and relevantvendors
    • Implement marketing conversionimprovement strategies based on testing and observedperformance
    • Serve as liaison across departmentsto ensure marketing campaigns are integrated and communicatedacross the company
    • Build a community of ravingfans who will participate in events andwebinars
    • Master the proper mix of formats , guides, ebooks, reports, videos, interactive content,podcasts, etc.) and distributionchannels
    • Develop an understanding of– and build a model for – how to measurecontent's influence on pipeline generation and closed-wonbusiness
    • Develop a deep understanding of ourcustomers and prospects and figure out what motivates them and thedecision makers around them
    • Perform competitiveanalysis on a regular basis and stay up-to-date on new technologiesand trends within the industry to ensure that campaigns areeffective and stay up to date with digital and content marketingtrends

    Requirements:

    Bachelor'sdegree in marketing or related fieldrequired

    • 5 years of experience as aContent/Digital Marketer or similar role
    • 5years of hands on experience with digital marketing technologies:SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics and CRMsoftware
    • Data-driven marketer with provenexpertise in setting and reachingmetrics
    • Experience and knowledge with marketingtools and best practices
    • Critical thinker andproblem-solving skills
    • Excellent communicationskills, written, and oral
    • Comfortable workingremote, on project-based work
    • Travel: asneeded
