    JobOverview:

    Key Accountabilities(Includes but not limited to thefollowing):

    SalesManagement:
    Develop and executestrategic plans to achieve sales targets andobjectives.
    Lead and motivate thesales team to drive revenue growth and expand marketreach.
    Cultivate strongrelationships with key clients and partners in the automotiveindustry.

    OperationsOversight:
    Ensure smooth daytodayoperations by implementing best practices andprocedures.
    Optimize resourcesand processes to enhance operational efficiency andeffectiveness.
    Ensure compliancewith industry regulations andstandards.

    RevenueOptimization:
    Develop andimplement revenue generation strategies to maximizeprofitability.

    Qualifications
    Post Graduation in business administration or arelated
    field ispreferred.
    Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and CRMsoftware
    Experience
    minimum of 20 years of experience in theautomotive
    industry with a proventrack record of success in B2Bsales
    and operationsmanagement
    Additionally athorough understanding of profit andloss
    (P&L) management isessential for thisposition

    Job Overview:
