    Jouw functie

    Als support engineer werk je binnen een team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de ondersteuning van verschillende klantomgevingen voor klanten in heel Europa. Op afstand help je hen met alle moeilijkheden die ze tegenkomen, los je issues op en vervul je service requests. Je lost deze problemen zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig op, ongeacht of het om eerstelijns of tweedelijns verzoeken gaat. Complexe issues escaleer je naar gespecialiseerde support teams, maar jouw oplossend vermogen staat niet ter discussie. Je leert gemakkelijk dingen maar durft ook vragen te stellen. Je leeft voor het vak en je bent blij met het verdiepen en verbreden van je technische kennis. Uiteraard heb je een servicegerichte instelling en beschik je over adviesvaardigheden. Hieronder een greep uit je takenpakket:

    • Oplossen van incidenten;
    • Voorbereiden en doorvoeren van wijzigingen;
    • Signaleren van verbeterpunten voor de klant, het team en de organisatie;
    • Het registreren van activiteiten als waarborg van onze kwaliteit.

    Waar ga je aan de slag?

    Onze opdrachtgever is een gewaardeerde Managed Service provider die Cloud Based Werkplekken en IT Infrastructuren beheert. De klanten bevinden zich voornamelijk in Nederland maar zijn ook gevestigd door heel Europa. De klant heeft een bewezen track record en werkt met enorm gedreven collega's die de bedrijfscultuur met trots uitdragen. Je hoofdlocatie zal in Eindhoven zijn, maar je krijgt ook de kans om voornamelijk vanuit huis te werken.

    Wie ben jij?

    • Je hebt MBO/HBO werk en denkniveau, wat tijdens de procedure getoetst zal worden;
    • Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken;
    • Je bent niet bang om hulp te vragen;
    • U beschikt over ( of bent in staat deze met onze ondersteuning in de nabije toekomst te behalen):
      • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
      • AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals
      • ITIL Foundations
    • Je hebt ervaring met ICT infrastructuren, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare rol;
    • Je spreekt minstens twee van de volgende talen vloeiend: Frans, Engels, Duits, Italiaans, Spaans: zowel gesproken als geschreven;
    • Je spreekt Nederlands
