    Description

    Acerca de la posici n

    El candidato seleccionado planificar y dar seguimiento a las actividades de mejoramiento, para garantizar la producci n de informaci n de calidad en la selecci n del cultivo. El / la Asociado de investigaci n se encargar de organizar y supervisar las operaciones del programa, principalmente ensayos en invernadero y de campo. En colaboraci n con los colegas del equipo (ingeniero, t cnico, trabajadores de campo), garantizar la buena marcha de las actividades (recogida de datos y seguimiento de las semillas).

    La posici n tendr su sede de trabajo en el centro de operaciones de las Am ricas, situado en el Campus de Palmira, Colombia.



    Requirements

    Responsabilidades

    Programar las actividades de establecimiento y manejo de los ensayos

    Apoyar la gesti n de los recursos gen ticos del programa de mejoramiento

    Organizar y asegurar el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones de campo

    Apoyar la supervisi n del trabajo t cnico y de campo

    Monitorear las evaluaciones y organizar los archivos de datos

    Garantizar la calidad de los datos y realizar an lisis preliminares

    Redacci n de informes y presentaci n de trabajos en curso

    Reportar y asegurar la oportuna evaluaci n, an lisis y comunicaci n de los resultados de los ensayos


    Educaci n y requerimientos:

    Profesional en Agronom a, Ingenier a Agr cola o carreras relacionadas

    Experiencia y conocimientos de fitomejoramiento (deseable)

    Experiencia m nima de un (1) a o en cultivos de arroz

    Manejo de paquete Office

    Experiencia y conocimiento en Excel (avanzado)

    Conocimiento y experiencia en manejo del software R

    Experiencia en Estad stica y manejo de bases de datos
