    Description

    Acerca de laposicin

    Elcandidato seleccionado planificar y dar seguimiento a lasactividades de mejoramiento, para garantizar la producci n deinformaci n de calidad en la selecci n del cultivo. El / laAsociado de investigaci n se encargar de organizar y supervisarlas operacionesdel programa, principalmente ensayos en invernadero y de campo. Encolaboraci n con los colegas del equipo (ingeniero, tcnico, trabajadores decampo), garantizar la buena marcha de lasactividades (recogida de datos y seguimiento de lassemillas).

    Laposici n tendr su sede de trabajo en el centro de operaciones delas Am ricas, situado en el Campus de Palmira,Colombia.



    Requirements

    Responsabilidades

    Programar lasactividades de establecimiento y manejo de losensayos

    Apoyar la gestin de los recursos gen ticos del programa de mejoramiento

    Organizar yasegurar el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones decampo

    Apoyar lasupervisi n del trabajo t cnico y decampo

    Monitorear lasevaluaciones y organizar los archivos dedatos

    Garantizar lacalidad de los datos y realizar an lisis preliminares

    Redacci n deinformes y presentaci n de trabajos encurso

    Reportar yasegurar la oportuna evaluaci n, an lisis y comunicaci n de losresultados de losensayos


    Educacin yrequerimientos:

    Profesional enAgronom a, Ingenier a Agr cola o carrerasrelacionadas

    Experiencia yconocimientos de fitomejoramiento(deseable)

    Experiencia mnima de un (1) a o en cultivos de arroz

    Manejo depaqueteOffice

    Experiencia yconocimiento en Excel(avanzado)

    Conocimiento yexperiencia en manejo del software R

    Experiencia enEstad stica y manejo de bases de datos
