    Quais as principais responsabilidades desteT cnico de Parametriza es?

    • Analisar, parametrizar, configurar e manter osacordos estabelecidos pela Dire o Comercial, assegurando a corretae atempada parametriza o da informa o contratual no sistema informtico;
    • Gerir e controlar a informa o da base dedados comercial (tipo de rubricas, grupos de rubricas, rubricas,EFR, pacotes, automatismos, webservices) garantindo a integridadeda informa o disponibilizada;
    • Suportartecnicamente as equipas operacionais, acedendo a dados de clientes(RGPD);
    • Controlar e analisar funcionalmente osprocessos webservice, garantindo a coer ncia da informa oprocessada nos interfaces web(CUF/Entidades);
    • Comunicar com as EFRs pararesolu o de problemas no mbito das configuraes;
    • Apoiar o desenvolvimento de novasfuncionalidades aplicacionais: munir o SI de funcionalidades quefacilitem a opera o (parametriza es e faturao);
    • Garantir a melhoria cont nua dos processos,procedimentos e solu es, sugerindo e implementando novos projetos,a es e abordagens que contribuam para o desenvolvimento da fun o,atrav s da identifica o e an lise das tend ncias, inova es e boaspr ticas existentes no
