    YourRole

    Supporting the Organizations business growthand expansion which includes handling endtoend sales processes fromidentifying new business prospects/opportunities to contractnegotiation and closing deals.

    Develop BDstrategies to target potential and existingclients.

    Collaborate with the recruitment team tounderstand client needs and deliver tailoredsolutions.

    Manage complex negotiations withseniorlevel executives.

    Work with internal andexternal stakeholders to provide an enhanced service to clients andindustry partners.

    Strategize and executeeffective sales plans to achieve and exceedtargets.

    Stay updated on industry trends andmarket dynamics.

    Requirements:

    Min. 4 to 6 years of experience in the UAE inbusiness development within industry Construction Contracting orReal Estate Development.

    Selfmotivated and ableto thrive in a fastpacedenvironment.
