    Description
    The Role
    Viola Real Estate is seeking aqualified and experienced Real Estate Broker to join its team. As aReal Estate Sales Consultant you will play a pivotal role infacilitating real estate transactions and providing guidance toclients.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of thelocal real estate market excellent negotiation skills and a proventrack record of successful transactions.

    The Real Estate SalesConsultant will be responsible for connecting with potentialclients and guiding them through the buying and selling process.

    They will use their knowledge of the real estate market andexcellent communication skills to assist clients in making informeddecisions.


    Responsibilities:

    Connect with potential clients andbuild relationships to understand their real estate needs Conductmarket research and stay uptodate with current real estate trendsGuide clients through the buying and selling process includingproperty showings and negotiations Provide excellent customerservice and maintain positive relationships with clientsCollaborate with other real estate professionals such as lawyersand mortgage brokers to ensure a smooth transaction Create andmaintain listings of available properties Conduct open houses andproperty tours for potential buyers Assist clients in preparingtheir properties for sale including staging and marketingstrategies Communicate with clients regularly to provide updatesand address any concerns Attend networking events and activelypromote the companys services Stay informed about changes anddevelopments in the real estate market Meet or exceed sales targetsand contribute to the overall success of the company Candidateswill be offered a competitive package.

    Conditions will apply duringthe probationary period.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate must entail:Substantial amount of experience in real estate sales Fluency inwritten and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills Excellent knowledgeof the local real estate market and current trends Strongnetworking and relationshipbuilding abilities Ability to workindependently and as part of a team Proficient in using CRMsoftware and other sales tools Highly motivated and resultsdrivenValid real estate license in the UAE is required/ will beencouraged
