- Create and maintain close relationships with Key Accounts ensuring high service standard.
- Ensure the development of Bulgari wholesale and franchisee business continuously scouting the market, in cooperation with local Country Managing Directors, in search of new opportunities in terms of locations, relations (business partners, VIPs etc.) and sales opportunities, as well as supporting local teams in performing competitors benchmarking within the area of responsibility.
- Define and propose the commercial strategy guidelines within the assigned channels in terms of network composition, client s management - openings, incentives, marketing plans, service, and order management as well as medium-to-long term business development, ensuring constant follow up until local implementation.
- Develop sales & profitability ensuring the definition of proper sales plans and their consolidation into yearly budgets. Manage yearly budget and 3- year-plan development, based on worldwide Sales Guidelines (sales, advertising and promotion and Capex).
- Provide commercial direction to ATL and local events for the regions. Collaborate with the central trade marketing team in order to build a comprehensive and effective trade marketing plan to sustain product launches, events, below the line (BTL) material; external relations initiatives (celebrities, etc.) In order to reach sales targets in all regions.
- Represent the business voice in the preparation of wholesales related fairs and events (Basel/Cannes).
- Stimulate and provide feedback to the central and local After Sale Service teams to ensure excellent service to customers and lead-time reduction.
- Work with the central Interior Design and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure that commercial requirements are considered, and Interior Design and Visual merchandising solutions are adequately adapted to the channel needs.
- Collect and manage both prospect and customer data into the proper software system and ensure the data correctness and completeness.
- Contribute to forecasting, order management, processes, and operations, in cooperation with other functions (Business Units, Supply Chain, and Administration).
- Perform visits and presentation/training in the area/market of reference.
- Brief the central Sales Training in change of Training content development on the design of a proper sales training and on the development of area sales executives and wholesale managers sales & negotiation skills through an effective use of sales excellence trainers in the region.
- Cooperate with Human Resources in the definition of local organization development actions and compensation and benefits strategies for sales teams.

Responsible to achieve the established sales targets and of the overall business profitability, across the GCC, Levant, Africa and India Regions.
The person, reporting to the Managing Director, is part of the MEAI ExCom team, and supervises a team of 2/3 direct reports.
