    As a BusinessDevelopment Manager you will be responsible for driving businessgrowth and fostering strong relationships with internationalclients in the automobile industry. Your primary focus will be onexpanding our client base identifying new business opportunitiesand promoting our products and services effectively. This rolerequires a strategic mindset excellent communication skills and adeep understanding of the automotive marketdynamics.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. Developand implement strategic business development plans to achieve salestargets and expand market share in the automobileindustry.
    2. Identify potential clients assesstheir needs and establish longterm relationships to drive businessgrowth.
    3. Conduct market research to stay updatedon industry trends competitor activities and emergingopportunities.
    4. Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to customize solutions and proposals according to clientrequirements.
    5. Negotiate contracts pricing andterms with clients to ensure mutually beneficialagreements.
    6. Coordinate with internaldepartments such as sales marketing and product development todeliver exceptional customer service andsupport.
    7. Represent the company at industryevents trade shows and networking forums to enhance brandvisibility and generate leads.
    8. Prepare regularreports and presentations to track sales performance analyze keymetrics and identify areas forimprovement.
    9. Stay informed about the latestadvancements in automotive technology regulations and market trendsto provide valuable insights andrecommendations.
    10. Travel as needed to meet withclients attend business meetings and explore new marketopportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or relatedfield. MBA preferred.
    • Proven track record of atleast 5 years in business development or sales roles within theautomobile industry with a focus on internationalmarkets.
    • Strong understanding of automotiveproducts services and industrydynamics.
    • Excellent negotiation communicationand interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to workindependently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite andCRM software.
    • Fluency in English; knowledge ofadditional languages is a plus.
    • UAE drivinglicense and willingness totravel.
