Description

Provide support in the planning, writing andediting of project and funding proposals and ensures compliancewith the museum's guidelines andstandards.

Monitor, track and record theunit's partnerships and fundraising budget and supportthe team in identifying new funding opportunities with commercialorganisations.

Ensure that accurate andup-to-date information is maintained on all submissions,grant-funded projects and honours in relevant databases and filingsystems.

Ensure that the sponsorship agreementsare executed at full, and that the benefits to the corporatepartners, sponsors and members of the museum are fullydelivered.

Working with the Events team, assistin the booking, organization and implementation of external privateand government events in the Museum.

Assist withexternal communications and relationship development activitieswith donor partners, business contacts, journalists, publicofficials, government regulators and investors, ensuring thecreation and growth of a positive public image for theMuseum.
