Description

Responsibilities of the real estate sales agent include:

  • Representing clients in property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting.
  • Conducting market research and staying abreast of market trends and developments.
  • Providing guidance to clients on pricing, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry professionals.
  • Attending networking events, seminars, and workshops to expand professional network and knowledge.
  • Adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements in all transactions.
