    Insight Global is seeing a Remote CertifiedPharmacy Technician who is Spanish-Speaking to support a healthcarestartup client on a 6-mos contract to permassignment.


    Under the supervision of a PharmacistTeam Lead and Head of Operations, you will be responsible formaking outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies tointervene in patient cases identified using risk stratificationalgorithms.

    These interventions may involveobtaining and recording health and contact information, schedulingappointments, resolving medication-related issues, and performingpatient engagement activities.

    In addition to patient interactions,you will be responsible for answering inbound customer supportrequests, preparing and mailing letters, and other assigned duties.
