    Description

    Responsible forsecuring new customers and maintaining and developing existingaccounts.

    • Meetand exceed the target set in terms of contributing and generatingrevenue for thedepartment.
    • Conductand report the minimum number of sales leads set by the managementand transform a minimum of those into revenue generatingbusiness.
    • Maintainrecords of customer details / salesvisits
    • Identifypotential customers and register opportunities ; relentlesslypursue realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for thecompany.
    • Regularlyvisit existing accounts validating our service levels and developnew revenuestreams.
    • Negotiatewith the accounts as per price guidelines given looking to maximizeprofits.
    • Followup on customer communications in a timely and professionalmanner.
    • SupportCustomer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentationon the execution of customer servicecontracts.
    • Promotethe services and products of all entities and coordinate salesefforts with other departmentsales.
    • Assimilatemarket information and take part in the overall businessdevelopment through weekly / monthly salesmeetings.
    • Followup with clients for outstanding support byFinance.
