    Description

    Requirements:

    • Minimum3years experience in UAE for standard level or 5 years of homecountry experience for beginner level
    • Bachelorsdegree in engineering (Civil /Electrical)
    • Sound mathematical scientific andIT skills.
    • The ability to think methodicallyand to manage jobs.
    • Problemsolvingskills
    • Ability to work to deadlines and withinbudgets.
    • Ability to maintain an overview ofentire jobs while continuing to attend to detailedtechnicalities.
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
    • Negotiating supervisoryand leadership skills
    • Complete knowledge ofrelevant legislation
    • Commercial awareness anunderstanding of how your actions can affect profitability of ajobs

    Software SkillsRequired:

    • AutoCAD
    • MS Project Professional /Primavera
    • Microsoft OfficePackage
    • One Drive /SharePointSoftware

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensurethat all jobs are delivered ontime within scope and withinbudget.
    • Coordinate jobs management activitiesresources equipment and information.
    • Assigntasks to internal teams and assist with schedulemanagement.
    • Make sure that clients needs aremet as jobs evolve.
    • Analyse risks andopportunities
    • Oversee jobs procurementmanagement.
    • Monitor jobs progress and handleany issues that arise.
    • Ensure standards andrequirements are met through conducting quality assurancetests.
    • Assists in preparation andimplementation of Jobs Execution Plan(PEP).
    • Attend Progress Meetings (Internal aswell as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes ofMeetings.
    • Monitors work in progress andprepares weekly report of the status of eachJobs.
    • Ensuring all procedures and calculationsare submitted to the client for review andapproval.
    • Coordinates materials and assists inthe logistics its shipment and receipt at constructionsite.
    • Coordinates with all jobs relatedpersonnel on daytoday
    • Check progress of workactivities procurement and operations to ensure timely completionof the jobs.
    • Provide full support as requiredby the Management and Clients for alljobs.
