- Maintainaccurate employee records and HRrelated documentation ensuringcompliance with data privacy regulations and companypolicies.
- Manage HRIS (HumanResources Information System) data entry and updates includingemployee information payroll changes and organizationalupdates.
- Stay informed about HR lawsregulations and best practices ensuring compliance with labor lawsand industrystandards.
- Maintainaccurate employee records and HRrelated documentation ensuringcompliance with data privacy regulations and companypolicies.
- Bachelorsdegree in human resources management business administration or arelated field; HR certification (e.g. SHRM HRCI) is aplus.
- Proven experience in humanresources roles preferably in the FMCG industry or a relatedsector.
- Strong understanding of HRprinciples practices and regulations with knowledge of employmentlaw and labor relations.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrelationships and collaborate effectively with employees at alllevels.
- Strong organizational skillsand attention to detail with the ability to manage multiplepriorities and deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.

Description
The HR Executive in a FastMovingConsumer Goods (FMCG) company is responsible for supporting variousaspects of human resources management including recruitmentemployee relations performance management training and developmentand compliance with HR policies and regulations. This role involvesworking closely with employees and managers to address HRrelatedneeds and issues as well as implementing HR initiatives to supportorganizational goals and objectives. The HR Executive serves as akey point of contact for HRrelated inquiries and provides guidanceand support to both employees andmanagement.
