    RockAsphalt islooking for a Videographer to produce high-quality video contentfor our organization that aligns with the brand, mission, and goalsof our company. YOU are the key to spearheading that initiative. Asthe visual storyteller for our company, you ll be responsible forstoryboarding, shooting and editing footage, managing creativeassets, and maintaining all video equipment.

    About the Position

    You will accomplishthe bulk of the technical tasks related to production andpost-production. These duties may include the transport, setup, andoperation of equipment; and assisting with staging, setpreparation, and dressing. You will travel alongside salesrepresentatives as they visit customers and document their repairswith our material. You will work closely with and report to theCreative Content Manager to execute projects from concept throughcompletion.

    Specific ResponsibilitiesInclude:
    • Developing dynamic and authenticcustomer-focused video content
    • Developing internal training and onboardingvideos for future employees
    • Creating, managing, and scheduling videocontent calendar
    • Storyboarding, scripting, and conceptualizing videoideas
    • Editing and formatting raw footage for each applicableplatform
    • Determining what camera equipment is necessary andobtain equipment if needed
    • Transporting, setting up, and operatingvarious production equipment including cameras, audio and videorecorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for locationand studio production
    • Operating and maintaining proper levels andcalibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and otherproduction equipment
    • Frequently travelling to various filming locations(customer job sites, tradeshows, etc.)
    • Collecting b-rollfootage, as well as interviewing appropriate staff and/orclients
    • Assisting in the social-sharing of the videocontent
    • Most commonly, you will be responsible forsingle-camera shoots
    AdditionalResponsibilities May Include:
    • Supporting the team throughoutthe production process, which may include finding interviewsubjects, creating graphics, and presenting tomanagement
    • Helping to sustain and guide video creativeprocess
    • Assisting in maintaining the video hosting platform andunderstanding best practices
    • Assisting in developing interview questionsand storyboards
    • Staying up-to-date with all new technological advances(VR, AR , etc.)


    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in film, digital media, orcommunications
    • 3+ years of professional videoproduction/editing working experience
    • Proficient with Video Editing Software (Adobe Premiere,Final Cut Pro, or iMovie)
    • Expertise with high-quality camera equipment (cameras,tripods, gimbals, microphones, etc.)
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects,Motion, Photoshop, and Illustrator are preferred)
    • Experience with social media and hosting platforms(Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,Vimeo)
    • Proficient at storyboarding, scripting, andconceptualizing video assets
    • Understand basic and advanced compositiontechniques
    • Understand the fundamentals ofbranding
    • Ability to coach, direct, andinterview video subjects
    • Very detail oriented and able to identifyquality issues in audio and video
