    Description

    1- Technical Manager – ESCOJob: Full TimeLocation: Dubai, UAEDescription:Enable the company to become a preferred contractor / ESCO in the Energy efficiency & optimization business domain.

    Responsible for sales and profitability growth across the business sectors and geographical locations within the UAE.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Provide the vision organizational strategy and focus to implement the Energy Program for advancing energy management efforts throughout the portfolio including energy conservation programsProvide the leadership for the portfolio wide energy management plans and integrate the processes into facilities and project management operationsServe as the internal leader and go to expert for energy management monitoring emerging trends programs and issues communicating and educating others on relevant topicsEvaluate Energy options present recommendations and implement programs for reducing energy and utility usage and the associated costs

    Job Requirements:
    Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution.

    Minimum of 10 years of HVAC &/or Building Controls &/or ESPC experience (in ESCO)Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) &/or, Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is desirable.5-7 years' of experience in engineering and energy savings calculations for performance contracting.
