The BDM will beresponsible for building new customer relationships and identifyingnew business opportunities in the UAE market.

Theideal candidate should have 8 years of experience in the UAE marketa degree or diploma in a relevant field and proven workingexperience in Business Development. They should also have anunderstanding of facilities management excellent communicationskills and be IT literate.

Responsibilitiesinclude arranging client meetings visiting suppliers &consultants and organizing marketing events. The BDM will play akey role in securing and closing new building maintenance technicaland cleaning services contracts and manpoweroutsourcing.

Salary 8000 to 12000AED.
