    Description
    Identify and pursue new businessopportunities through market research networking andrelationshipbuilding. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potentialclients/customers and actively engage with prospects to understandtheir needs and requirements. Collaborate with the marketing teamto develop targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to attractnew clients/customers and promote companys products/services.
    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals toprospective clients showcasing the value and benefits of companysproducts/services. Negotiate and close business deals contracts andagreements with clients ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes forboth parties. Build and maintain strong relationships with existingclients/customers and identify opportunities for upselling orcrossselling additional products/services. Monitor industry trendscompetitor activities and market developments to identify potentialopportunities or threats to the companys business. Provide regularreports and updates to the Director of Business Development onsales activities pipeline status and performance against targets.
    Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing productdevelopment and customer service to ensure alignment and supportfor business development initiatives.

    Represent the company atindustry events conferences and networking functions to promotebrand awareness and establish the company as a thought leader inthe industry.

    Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering ( BTech )/ in Business Administration Marketing or related field (Mastersdegree will be an added advantage).

    Proven track record of successin sales and business development roles with a minimum of 7 yearsof experience in the oil and gas sector especially in ValvesMaintenance and Refurbishment.

    Strong understanding of salestechniques negotiation strategies and business developmentprinciples. Excellent communication presentation and interpersonalskills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust withclients/customers. Strategic mindset with the ability to identifyand capitalize on market opportunities. Highly organized withstrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiplepriorities effectively. Proficiency in CRM software MicrosoftOffice Suite and other relevant business tools. Good Awareness ofMarket situation especially of UAE.

    Abu Dhabibased candidates willbe having preference with the clear knowledge of Valves and otherspecialized services like Bolting Torqueing Tensioning etc.

    ValidUAE Driving Licence ismandatory.
