    As anOperations Assistant,your role is to report to Logistics and ProcurementOfficer with

    the primary responsibility ofcoordinating logistics, warehouse, transportation, andcustomer
    service

    Requirements

    1. Proficient in Microsoft Office
    2. Self-driven personality, attention to detailand good problem solving
    3. Excellent written andverbal communication skills
    4. Excellent timemanagement skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
    5. Enjoys working independently in fast-growingindustry
    6. Diploma/Degree in Logistics / SupplyChain Management is an advantage
    7. Able to readand communicate in Chinese

    RoleAccountabilities
    Coordinating and managingthe process of fulfilling orders, including receivingand
    processing customer orders, organizing inventory, andarranging for shipping and

    Monitoring inventorylevels and ensuring that products are in stock and readilyavailable
    to meet customer
    Communicating withother departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensurethat
    inventory is properly managed and replenished as
    Overseeing the work of warehouse staff, includingscheduling and supervising their
    work, as well as ensuringthat safety and security protocols are
    Analyzing dataand reports to identify opportunities for improving the efficiencyand
    effectiveness of the fulfilment
    Managingand maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensuretimely
    delivery of products and
    Being a problemsolver and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any issuesthat
    may arise during the fulfilment
    Keepingabreast of industry trends and developments, and implementingnew
    technologies and best practices as
    Managingbudgets and expenses related to the fulfilment process and ensuringthat
    the department operates within
