- Support the Compliance &Training Manager in identifying training needs of the sales team ofJaguar/Land Rover across showrooms, and ensure development andimplementation of the right training program andcurriculum.
- Contribute to the formulation ofthe brand training plan & strategy as well as producttraining based on the BU's needs.
- Adaptthe training manuals received from the Principals and designsuitable training materials for the relevant sales staff on anongoing basis to best equip them with relevant skills and knowledgeto render high quality customerexperience.
- Liaise with the Customer Experience& Customer Interaction Center to gain CVP and NPS feedbackand provide a report highlighting training needs for sales teams toaddress specific issues and/or further enhance customer experiencewith the brand.
- Prepare and provide reports torelevant management as and whenrequired.
- Organize quality and cost-effectivebrand and product training and ensure effective and timelyadministration of training programs.
- Executethe brand and product training program as per agreed schedule anddeliver training courses to meet its stated objectives. This wouldinclude but not be limited to, brand induction, roleresponsibilities, customer service standards, in-house and dealermanagement system training, sales policies, andprocedures.
- Review and identify gaps intraining programmes conducted either in-house or through externalvendors/principals and share inputs with Compliance &Training Manager for incorporation inti training needs analysis anddevelopment of annual trainingschedule/programme.
- Issue progress reports todocument work progress and gather feedback fromthe
- participants as well as their linemanagement to assess the effectiveness of training & impacton staff performance.
- Organize and maintainbrand and product training documentation, product specifications& comparisons forcascade.
