Job description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand the firms practice in the chosen domain (Taxation/Transaction Tax/Income Tax/Transfer Pricing preferred; Audit, VAT, or Risk Advisory also considered).
- Build and manage a team of approximately five professionals.
- Drive practice growth through market expansion and client relationship development.
Expectations:
- Demonstrated business development capability (beyond execution).
- Established leadership presence at Partner/Director level.
- Ability to assure revenue opportunities through a client book.
Responsibilities:
- Anchor operations to build delivery capabilities at the location.
- Manage client engagements end-to-end with an emphasis on quality and timelines.
- Support business development efforts while ensuring execution excellence.
Expectations:
- Enterprising personality with demonstrated leadership potential.
- Ability to establish presence for the firm despite limited immediate market traction.
- Clear growth path to be considered for Partnership within five years.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: years in professional services (CA firm or equivalent).
Profile: Entrepreneurial senior professional with proven ability to bring or assure a client book.
Experience: 5 - 8 years with mid-sized CA firms (Tax/Transaction Tax/Income Tax/Transfer Pricing preferred; Audit, VAT, or Risk Advisory also considered).
Profile: Strong execution professional with the potential to evolve into a Partner role in the medium term. -
