    Description

    We are seeking a skilled and experiencedBack-End Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The idealcandidate will be responsible for developing and maintaininghigh-quality software solutions, managing various aspects of thesoftware development lifecycle, and collaborating withcross-functional teams to achieve projectgoals.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. SoftwareDevelopment:
      • Developand maintain scalable, robust, and high-performance back-endsystems.
      • Write clean, maintainable, andefficient code using PHP, Laravel, and other relevanttechnologies.
      • Implement microservicesarchitecture and integrate multiplesystems.
    2. DatabaseManagement:
      • Design andmanage databases using MySQL, MongoDB, and other databasetechnologies.
      • Ensure data integrity, security,and performance optimization.
      • Develop andmaintain data models and databasearchitecture.
    3. ProjectManagement:
      • Collaboratewith project stakeholders to define requirements anddeliverables.
      • Manage timelines, resources, andrisks associated with software projects.
      • Ensuretimely delivery of projects while maintaining high-qualitystandards.
    4. TeamCollaboration:
      • Workclosely with front-end developers, designers, and other teammembers.
      • Participate in code reviews and mentorjunior developers.
      • Contribute to team meetingsand knowledge sharingsessions.
    5. ContinuousLearning:
      • Stay updatedwith the latest trends and technologies in softwaredevelopment.
      • Actively participate ineducational opportunities, reading professional publications, andpersonalnetworks.

    RequiredSkills andQualifications:

    • Bachelor'sor Master's degree in Computer Science or relatedfield.
    • 8+ years of experience in back-enddevelopment.
    • Proficiency in PHP, Laravel,MySQL, MongoDB, Linux, AWS, and microservicesarchitecture.
    • Strong understanding of datastructures, algorithms, and software designprinciples.
    • Experience in managing fulllifecycle software developmentprojects.
    • Excellent problem-solving andanalytical skills.
    • Strong communication andteamwork abilities.

    PreferredSkills:

    • Knowledge of advanced Java,DSA, LLD, HLD, and Data Science.
    • Experience inAgile methodologies and DevOpspractices.
    • Familiarity with front-endtechnologies is a plus.
