Description

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in our marketing and creative team, contributing to the development and execution of visually compelling designs.

Your expertise will help to showcase and enhance our brand presence through captivating design elements.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and property requirements.
Develop and execute creative concepts, including brochures, flyers, digital advertisements, social media visuals, and more.
Produce highquality design deliverables within specified deadlines.
Ensure designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Stay uptodate with design trends, real estate industry standards, and emerging technologies.
Incorporate client feedback into the design process effectively.
Work closely with team members to maintain a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proven 3 to 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
Expertise in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums.
Proficient in both print and digital design techniques.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
