    JobDescription

    • Review project plans, specifications,and construction schedules.
    • Coordinate withproject managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and otherstakeholders to ensure smooth projectexecution.
    • Develop and implement constructionschedules and time lines.
    • Supervise and manageall on-site construction activities.
    • Monitorprogress and ensure adherence to project schedule andbudget.
    • Conduct regular site inspections toensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, andquality control measures.
    • Conduct regularmeetings with project team to discuss progress, issues, andupcoming tasks.
    • Conduct safety meetings andtraining sessions for construction crew.
    • Manageinventory and ensure availability of necessarysupplies.
    • Monitor project expenses and ensureadherence to budgetary constraints.
    • Maintainaccurate records of all construction activities, including dailylogs, progress reports, and safetyinspections.
    • Prepare and submit reports toproject managers and stakeholders asrequired
    • Ensure compliance with all relevantbuilding codes, permits, andregulations
    • Facilitate smooth transition andhandover of the completed project to the client.

    • Experience as a Superintendent forhealthcare projects
    • Experience leading a fieldteam and collaborating with management
    • Strongleadership skills to effectively oversee on-site activities andcoordinate subcontractors
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverseteams of stakeholders
    • Ability to deliverprojects on time, within budget, and to the highest qualitystandards
    • Commitment to safety protocols andensuring compliance with regulations
