    Share Job We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager under Short Term Lettings which deals with generating new business via our database and referrals from the sales and lettings teams

    Commission only - 2% of the mean annual rent

    Your Role:
    Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.

    Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants, referrals from the sales and letting teams; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.

    Reporting to the Head of Short Term Lettings, the candidate would have to identify business development opportunities and prepare an action plan to achieve the goals.

    He/she will possess a good understanding of the short term lettings market in the UAE.This person will be tasked to follow up on leads for short term lettings business.

    Effective lead generation and credentials pitch, followed by outreach through meetings, calls, communication and follow-up, to maintain and build an active pipeline.

    Developing and implementing a sales plan to drive external growth. This will include contacting the right divisions/contacts.
    Serving as main contact for investors, landlords/owners and developers.
    Working with internal colleagues to pitch to prospective clients & offer our services.

    Articulate to clients & prospects the benefits of short term lettings and educate them about new ideas and new ways of thinking.

    Assembling/presenting management proposals to third party owners and negotiating management contracts.
    Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
