Comlux is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Marketing Operations Manager based in Dubai to manage advertising distribution, digital platform presence, and the creation of high-quality marketing materials across all Comlux business lines — including aircraft sales, aircraft management, charter services, and related aviation services.

This role is focused on marketing operations and advertising execution.

The successful candidate will ensure that Comlux's premium brand image is consistently represented across all platforms and marketing materials, engaging brokers, operators, UHNW clients, and industry stakeholders globally.

Advertising & Platform Management

Post and manage listings across all relevant aviation advertising platforms (AvBuyer, Aircraft Showcase, Controller and similar platforms).
Distribute marketing broadcasts and availability announcements.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date content across digital platforms.
Monitor visibility and performance metrics of listings and campaigns.
Stay current on global and regional aviation marketing platforms, particularly within Europe and the Middle East.

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

Create and execute newsletters and targeted campaigns using Mailchimp and similar platforms.
Manage audience segmentation (brokers, owners, operators, charter clients, industry partners).
Track campaign performance and engagement analytics.
Optimize email marketing strategy to enhance engagement and brand visibility.

Brand Consistency & Visual Presentation

Ensure all marketing materials reflect Comlux's luxury, precision, and excellence positioning.
Create visually compelling advertising assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools.
Ensure all Comlux marketing materials reflect the same brand identity across all business units, marketing platforms, and locations.

Industry Engagement Support

Support marketing initiatives targeting brokers, aircraft owners, operators, and aviation decision-makers.
Identify opportunities to strengthen Comlux's visibility across international markets.
Assist in promoting the full scope of Comlux services.

Key Skills / Qualifications

Exceptional attention to detail, especially with technical data.
Strong layout, branding, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and business lines simultaneously.
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
Analytical and performance-driven mindset.
Professional communication aligned with a global aviation brand.
Proven experience producing professional brochures and technical marketing documents.
Strong hands-on experience with Mailchimp and email automation tools.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent.
Experience in aviation, luxury services not needed but preferred.
