    Conseillerles gestionnaires ainsi que les membres du personnel sur toutesquestions reli es aux ressources humaines ;
    Encadrer l ensemble des activit sde dotation et les mouvements de main-d oeuvre pour faciliter letravail du conseiller au recrutement tout en effectuant lerecrutement pour les postes de niveaux professionnels ;
    Collaborer la bonne gestion desdossiers d assiduit (CNESST, maladie et autres) en soumettant desdossiers complets au technicien en assiduit apr s changes avec lesmembres du personnel concern ;
    Encadrer l application duprogramme d accueil et d int gration des nouveaux employ s horaireset salari s tout en y prenant une part active ; Participer aux runions de sant et s curit au travail et s assurer de la r alisationdes actions identifi es en collaboration avec le coordonnateur enpr vention et environnement ;
    Grer les relations de travail en collaboration avec lesgestionnaires ;
    Collaborer laplanification et l organisation des diff rentes activit s socialesde l entreprise (tournoi de golf, journ e de reconnaissance, partyde No l, etc.) ;
    Participeractivement la mise en place d initiatives et au d veloppement deprojets communs en collaboration avec le directeur des ressourceshumaines et les autres membres de l quipe ressources humaines.

    Voletd veloppement des comp tences etorganisationnel

    Analyserles besoins en d veloppement des comp tences pour l entreprise etpour les membres du personnel qui y travaillent ;
    Contribuer au d veloppement deprogrammes, de politiques et de proc dures y r pondant(perfectionnement, rel ve, formation continue, cycle de l apprciation du rendement et plusieurs autres) et prendre une partactive dans leur d ploiement ;
    tablir les calendriers annuels de formation en collaboration avecles gestionnaires et les partenaires d affaires en ressourceshumaines puis veiller leur r alisation ;
    Rester l aff t des nouvellestendances en ressources humaines et s assurer de la conformit despratiques en ressources humaines quant aux l gislations etobligations en mati re d emploi ;
    Assister la direction desressources humaines dans la mise de l avant d initiatives en lienavec le d veloppementorganisationnel.

    Baccalaur at en administration des affaires, option gestion desressources humaines, baccalaur at en relations industrielles oudans une autre discipline consid r e quivalente ; Exp rience detravail pertinente minimale de 4 ans de pr f rence dans le secteurmanufacturier Int r t pour la sant s curit , les relations detravail et les aspects administratifs reli s aux ressourceshumaines Autonomie, cr ativit et sens de l'organisation Discr tionet rigueur. * Avoir une voiture pour d placements occasionnels versd'autres usines proximit (1 demi journ e aux 2semaines)
