    In dieser Rolle bernehmen Sie die Verantwortung f r einen namhaften Accounts aus dem Bestandsportfolio aus dieser Industrie und verantworten ebenfalls die aktive Weiterentwicklung, um das Gesch ftsvolumen stetig zu vergr Sie betreuen den Kunden Sinne eines bergeordneten Account Management auf der Relationship Ebene national und k mmern sich um die strategische

    Ihre Aufgaben
    • Sie bernehmen das Account Management f r ein namhaftes Unternehmen aus dieser Industrie Pharma & Life Sciences
    • Sie fokussieren sich darauf, das Unternehmen optimal als KAM zu betreuen, zu beraten und vor allem das GEsch ftsvolumen stetig aktiv auszubauen
    • Hierbei geht es um breit gef cherte IT Services und Solutions im Rahmen von IT Consulting in verschiedenen Bereichen wie zB Security, Cloud Services, Applikationen wie SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow und NICHT um Software Lizenzgesch ft und auch nicht um klassische Infrastruktur IT
    • Hierbei handelt es sich um ein sehr strategisches und beratungs-fokussiertes Account-Management & Vertriebsvorgehen
    • Sie greifen auf Ihr bestehendes pers nliches Netzwerk zu diesem entsprechenden Unternehmen zur ck (den Namen geben wir Ihnen im pers nlichen Austausch bekannt).
    • Darauf aufsetzend bauen Sie Ihr Netzwerk in diesem Unternehmen stetig weiter aus und weitere Beziehungen zu Entscheidungstr gern in der IT bei diesem Unternehmen auf
    • Sie sorgen daf r, dass das Unternehmen bei Ausschreibungen ber cksichtigt wird und begleiten den gesamten Prozess auf der Relationship Ebene
    • Betreuung des Angebotsprozesses von der Akquisition ber die Verhandlungsf hrung bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss und Steuerung der Opportunity Teams
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Portfolio Elementen und Projekt Delivery Einheiten
    • Koordination und Verantwortung der erfolgreichen Abwicklung Ihrer Kundenprojekte

    Das sollten Sie mitbringen
    • Abgeschlossenes Fach-/Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit bankfachlichem oder IT-technischem Hintergrund
    • Mehrj hrige Account Management / Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich IT Solution Sales, bevorzugt mit Themenschwerpunkt Manufacturing und oder Transportation
    • Ein bestehendes pers nliches Netzwerk zu den IT Abteilungen der bedeutenden Unternehmen in der Schweiz
    • Beziehungen zu wichtigen Entscheidungstr gern innerhalb der einschl gigen Zielkunden
    • Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien, der Accountplanung bis hin zu Akquise und Angebotsprozessen
    • Vertriebsstarke Pers nlichkeit mit stark kundenorientiertem Verhalten, berzeugungsf higkeit und ausgepr gter Beratungskompetenz auch im interkulturellen Kontext
    • Sicheres Auftreten, Kreativit t und Freude am Pr sentieren vor Entscheidungstr gern
    • Analytisches Denkverm gen und Flexibilit t in der Bearbeitung komplexer Aufgaben sowie ein hohes Ma an Eigenmotivation
    • Sie sprechen E fliesend auf mindestens C1 Niveau, Deutsch und/oder Franz sisch ein PLUS
