    Description

    TheDigital Sales & Marketing Executive should have practicalknowledge of sales/marketing on Amazon Noon and other platforms. Heshould have experience of social media advertisement (speciallymeta/Facebook and Instagram). He should have experience ofsearchword and product analysis on social media (specially onFacebook and amazon). And he should have knowledge in creativedesign and videos ads.

    PrincipalAccountability

    1. Manage all thedigital media platforms online customers and data to ensure thatthey are always updated and follow the corporate identity /brand.

    2. Successful and timely execution of alldigital marketing and sales campaigns across multiple channels andplatforms.

    3. Set up conversion pixel and eventtracking on the website and manage optimize its SEO.

    4. Track digital campaigns effectiveness on daily basis(Total leads CPLs CTRs and conversion ratesetc.) and evaluation ofthe performance against goals and other key performanceindicators.

    5. Manage all social media accountsincluding content production increasing engagement and generatingonline sales.

    6. Create proofread and edit forvarious digital marketing content to ensure consistency in brandingand sales. Monitoring digital & social media trendsplatforms customer changing preferences & new technologiesto identify new opportunities for growth.

    7.Maintain Facebook pages score to keep the page health at bestlevel. And keep the pages updated as per Facebookpolicies

    8. Search new products online find thesuppliers online and physical shops in UAE.

    9.Collection and interpretation of data from various marketingcampaigns and analysis of that data and sales.

    10. Developing and analyzing reports on web activity webpage hit count traffic pattern online sales spending on digital adsand similar performance metrics.

    Requirements

    • Google and other digital marketing certifications arepreferred
    • Degree/diploma in marketing socialmedia or analysis is preferred
    • Knowledge tostart and handle Amazon (US and UAE) sales
    • Knowledge to find products of most ROI on Amazon andlocal market
    • Ability to manage website adminpanels and google analytics is preferred
    • Digital media agency experience is preferred
    • Understanding of social media management is amust
    • Strong Communication and interpersonalskills
    • Sales online ads & dataanalytical skills to interpret online business
    • Good with IT skills such as MS Office and InternetResearch
    • Must be strategic and analytical todeliver objectives in SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
    • Always kept uptodate with latest industry trends andmarket practices

    Maintainsall digital marketing channels
    Drive online trafficthrough digital marketing campaigns
    Manage online contentfor the hotel and ensure all content is compliant with brandguidelines
    Establish goals measure performance of digitalcampaigns and assess against goals
    Analyze return oninvestment of digital campaigns and utilize data to enhance digitalmarketing strategy
    Maintain the public image of thecompany and brand
