    Description

    The Staff Pad haspartnered with a health care organization that specializes inproviding non-clinical surgical services for minimally invasivesurgical procedures to hospitals throughout the US. We are lookingcustomer service-oriented individuals who would love to start acareer in Healthcare and truly make a difference

    No health careexperience isrequired

    Schedule &Compensation:

    *Flexible schedule from 6a 8p(Hoursvary)

    * Callrotation

    *$17.50 / hour, $18.70 after 120 Day Review & getting CRCSTCertificate

    *Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, 4% match on401k

    * Clientwill assist with getting any certificate required forposition

    Requirements

    *COVID Vaccinated or open to weeklytesting

    *High school diploma/GED required. Some collegepreferred.

    *Previous Experience: one year OR experience preferred Or NoHealthcare Care Experience with a background of 2-5 years face toface customer serviceexperience

    *Outstanding customer service skills, ability to build and maintainstrong rapport with hospitalteams

    *Availability for 24/7 hospital coverage including weekday, weekend,and holiday rotational scheduled and on-callshifts


    Duties& Responsibilities In OperatingRoom:
    * Models a highstandard of performance to staff and peers
    * Understandsprocedures being performed and anticipate the needs of surgeons,while ensuring a high level of service to staff during theoperative procedure
    * Ensures the maintenance of thesterile field
    * Demonstrates a high caliber of skill inpre-operative setup, intra-operative technical and customersupport, post-operative turnover, and equipment maintenance andrepair management Maintains high standards for decontamination,inspection, assembly, wrapping, and sterilization of surgicalinstruments.
    * At the end of each day, make sure noinstruments are left to be decontaminated, inspected, assembled,wrapped and/ or sterilized.
    * Maintains all laparoscopicequipment and replaces as needed, process repairs for instrumentsand scopes
    * Maintains currentpreference cards for surgeons Maintains a professional level ofservice, behavior, and communication with team members, hospital,and OR staff
