- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations and supply chain efficiency.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to gain insights into operational performance, identify areas for enhancement, and support decision-making processes.
- Support all Aramex warehouse operations with Infor WMS, acting as a subject matter expert in WMS-related topics.
- Serve as a liaison between the IT department and the operations teams.
- Lead API projects on a global scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint inefficiencies in warehousing processes and devise innovative solutions to streamline operations.
- Conduct time and motion studies, workflow analysis, and process mapping to optimize resource utilization and enhance productivity.
- Assist in developing and implementing inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce carrying costs, and minimize stockouts.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and perform periodic audits to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives and projects focused on enhancing supply chain efficiency, cutting costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to steer process improvements and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with logistics operations teams at various stations to comprehend their distinct challenges and requirements.
- Work with stakeholders across different departments such as operations, procurement, finance, HSE, FM, etc., to address issues and foster alignment towards common objectives.
- Industrial engineering degree
- 1-3 years of experience in the field
- Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems
- PMP certification is advantageous
