    Job Type: FullTime

    WorkSchedule:Hybrid

    Compensation:Base Pay ranges BTW N150, to N200, 000.00monthly

    We arelooking for a highly committed and results-oriented Content andDigital Marketing Executive with a solid understanding of currentmarketing tools and strategies to increase lead generation throughcontent marketing and search engine optimization to help actualizeour marketing and revenue. As an organic business looking toincrease its brand visibility and footprint inAfrica.

    The idealcandidates must have proven experience in digital marketing, SEO,brand management, social media and content writing from a startupsor fast-paced workenvironment.

    Responsibilities

    Creating contentfor a variety of media: web copy, blog posts, sales collateral,case studies, landing pages, newsletter, infographs, emailcampaigns, online ads, social mediaetc.

    Manage ourwebsite, blog, SEO/SEM programs and other marketing initiatives toincrease lead generation for thefirm.

    Collaborate withinternal teams to create landing pages and optimize userexperience

    Design, buildand maintain our social mediapresence

    Measure andreport the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, andassess against goals (ROI andKPIs)

    Identify trendsand insights, and optimize spend and performance based on theinsights

    Brainstorm newand creative growthstrategies

    Monitor, track,analyze and report on performance on social media platforms usingtools such as Google Analytics and Facebookinsights

    Research andevaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new andbetter ways of measuring social mediaactivity

    Analyzecompetitoractivity

    Recommendimprovements to increaseperformance

    Settargets to increase brand awareness and increase customerengagement



    Requirements

    BScdegree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a relevant field from areputableinstitution

    2-3years of Proven work experience as a content/digital marketingexecutive

    Expertise insocial mediaplatforms

    Projectmanagement skills and attention todetail

    Excellentcommunication and writing skills inEnglish

    Proficiency isSEO/SEM

    Webcontent writing skill

    Problem-solvingskill

    Teamwork

    Googleanalytics

    Ability to workin a fast-pacedenvironment
