Responsibilities

Creating logos and branding designs.
Responsible for training and developing Junior designers, guiding and assisting them if necessary
Designing social media images and digital marketing assets.
Establish and follow brand guidelines.
Creating digital graphics for all online and social media channels.
Responsible for all design projects from conception to delivery.
Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software.
Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
Bringing design solutions that adhere to marketing strategies and business goals.
Consistently generating ideas to advertise and portray key concepts.
Staying aware of the latest industry trends and advancements.
Assist in website and app design and implementation of effective marketing campaigns.
Responsible for creating high quality graphic design and managing the work flow, deadlines, quality assurance and creative content of all projects and visual communications.
Accountable for the graphic artwork, design and production requirements for the manuals, line tactical advertising, layout and visual design
The maintenance and maximization of the PSI brand through all visual communications.
Manage the production of print, brochure and other sundry materials to ensure quality and deliver to timelines

Qualifications and skills

A strong portfolio and knowledge of Photography is preferred
Experience of creating editorial design (Digital Magazine, Digital PDFs)
Experience of demonstrating accountability in managing effective working relationships
Commitment to a high level of ethical standards in a diverse work environment.
Portfolio of completed design projects
Expert with design software and editing tools. (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign,) Motion Graphics & 3d Modeler experience is a plus
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
Good aesthetic sense and creative thinking
Good command of design techniques and visual elements
Attention to visual details
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with the team
