• Presents the brand and/orGroup's loyalty program to customers and adapts the salespitch to each customer.
  

Qualifications

• Preferably has 1 or 2 years'experience in a customer service or telephone contactposition.
• Knowledge of reservation inhospitality industry and distributiontools.
• Computer literate: desktop applicationsand internet.
• Fluent in written and spokenEnglish, and other international languages will beadvantages.
• Hospitality or related educationbackground.
