Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:Identify and target potential clients in the shipping and logistics sector to expand the customer base.
Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.


Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions.


Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's shipping services and capabilities.
Create and present proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients.


Quotation and Contract Negotiation:
Provide accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable business deals.


Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Use market intelligence to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.


Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.


Collaboration with Operations:
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and address any client concerns.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet client expectations and service level agreements.
