Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Service Supervisor at SBK Real Estate, located in Dubai. The Soft Service Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day cleaning, maintenance, and associated operations in residential buildings to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supervising the performance of the team, conducting inspections to ensure compliance with standards, addressing tenant concerns, and delivering training to staff for enhanced performance. The role also requires collaboration with other departments to achieve seamless operational effectiveness and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and lead a team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to standards.
- Experience in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and quality service delivery.
- Proven ability in Training team members to improve their performance, productivity, and compliance with protocols.
- Excellent Communication skills for liaising with tenants, team members, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any concerns effectively.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are highly desirable.
- Relevant experience in residential or facilities management and knowledge of cleaning and maintenance standards is an advantage.
