    Description
    • Supporting the management of allaspects of Quality across the breadth of their respectiveorganization and the services weprovide
    • Identification and regular engagementwith key stakeholders to promote quality management and gatheringfeedback on performance. Support the effective planning andallocation of resources (including people and budgets) enablingdelivery of agreed objectives anddeliverables
    • Implementing the Wood BusinessManagement System (BMS) across their organization ensuring that itsapplication is effective and that compliance with the system isroutinely monitored, assessed and improved as necessary. Facilitateexternal BMS certification as appropriate. Ensuring consistent andeffective implementation of Quality supporting systems across theirorganization (e.g., NCR, Progressive learning and Customersatisfaction systems)
    • Supporting tenders andproposal activities for theirorganization
    • Planning and execution ofrisk-based assurance plans including the escalation of significantfindings to program/project leaders
    • Monitoringand analysis of delivery performance data, regularly reportingthemes and trends to senior leaders and undertaking intervention asrequired
    • Gathering and acting upon customerfeedback ensuring action is taken to maintain and improve customersatisfaction.
