We are looking for afulltime Plant Manager to be based on our NewBerlin, WI location who will direct and manage plant operationswith overall responsibilities for Production, Maintenance, Quality,Safety, Inventory and Cost Control, Logistics, and otherproduction-related activities. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinatethe daily activities of the production and operationteams.
  
• Delegateproduction assignments to appropriate teams andpersonnel
  
• Placeproduction orders fromcustomers
  
• Inspectall materials and equipment to detectmalfunctions.
  
• Adhereto all safety policies andprocedures.
  

Requirements

SKILLSYOUBRING:

Bachelors degreefrom a four-year college oruniversity

MUSThave 5-10 years experience in the architectural glassindustry.

Five yearsplant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Must understandfinancial statements and be skilled in making business decisionsbased on financial data.

Background withmanufacturing methods, process improvement programs and proceduresincluding Lean manufacturing techniques required.

Must have thedemonstrated ability to lead, train and motivate a diverse workforce.

Must haveexcellent follow through and communication skills with the abilityto prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments. Schedulingbackground(Preferred)
