    Description
    • Support Procurement Manager inplanning and sourcing decisions by providing advice based on theassessment and analysis of business needs, supply market andcommercial risks
    • Provide effective support andadvice to various stakeholders in determining their procurementneeds
    • Prepare procurement plans and establishcost parameters and budgets to purchase high quality andcost-efficient supplies in order to meet the needs of theorganization
    • Undertake complex analysis andprice comparisons of multiple quotes/bids in order to source,evaluate and select the most valuable supplies andsuppliers
    • Lead the formulation, negotiation andaward of procurement contracts. Manage the contracts effectivelyensuring their timely reviews andrenewals
    • Build and maintain effectivepartnerships with suppliers to leverage on the opportunities ofcost reduction and service efficiency
    • Monitorsupplier performance by ensuring all contract deliverables are metas per the expected quality and standards, ensure that supplierdatabase is regularly updated
    • Complete thetimely checking, verification and authorisation of supplierinvoices including data preparation and collation of supportdocumentation to enable the recharge of costs to serviceareas
    • Implement and operate SAP system tomanage and maintain high quality and accurate data records ofpurchases, shipments, inventory, supply of goods,etc.
    • Manage inventories to maintain anefficient flow of supplies
    • Prepare and submitweekly/monthly procurement status reports to keystakeholders
    • Release and allocate purchaserequisitions to Procurement Officers and supervise theirperformance
    • Identify process improvementopportunities to deliver value and reduce cost in the procurementprocess

    Experience &Education Qualifications:

    • Bachelor'sdegree in business administration / Finance & Accounts /Supply Chain Management / Procurement andLogistics
    • Professional CIPS (CharteredInstitute of Procurement and Supply) qualification orequivalent
    • 7 years of experience in sourcingand procurement process
