    Talent Acquisition Advisor - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Hill International

    Description

    General Description of Role andResponsibilities:

    • Works independently across various Middle East regionsproviding talent solutions for all recruitmentrelated activities.This includes taking the initiative to address corrective actionsonce an issue arises.
    • Manages and owns theentire recruitment life cycle from A to Z.
    • Sources technical and specialized skill sets throughvarious tools and continuously provides new solutions and ideas toattract talents.
    • Measures the calibre andcompetencies of candidates against strict requirements and briefsprovided.
    • Negotiates presents offers andcloses deals with the selected candidate.
    • Manages the applicant tracking system ensuring data isentered accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Develops and maintains talent pools for assignedpositions.
    • Successfully liaises withmobilization/visa and HR teams to ensure the successful onboardingof candidates.
    • Works closely with hiringmanagers across the business. This involves asking questions andchallenging management on key decisions to ensure this adheres tothe recruitment process.
    • Contributes todriving forward new ideas that can help streamline processes andspeed up recruitment.
    • At all stages of therecruitment process ensures credibility is maintained througheffective feedback.
    • Generates regular reportson recruiting metrics such as timetofill costperhire and others.
    • Performs other responsibilities as required.

    As a TalentAcquisition Advisor you will need to demonstrate the followingcompetencies/skills:

    • Market knowledge: Ability to understand the PMCM industryin the Middle East identify competitors pay rates and keep abreastof recruitment trends.
    • Teamwork: Ability towork within a team and with multiple departments/teams to identifythe right hire.
    • Creativity: Ability to developcreative ideas about sourcing outreach and interviewingcandidates.
    • Critical thinking: Thinkcritically about the requirements of the open positions analyze thesituation gather information and make a logical decision about theright hire.
    • Multitasking: Manage manydifferent working parts simultaneously and handle various difficultsituations and assignments.
    • Social mediaRecruiting: Efficient use of social media to help spread the wordabout job vacancies reach out to broader potential hires andenhance recruitment branding.
    • Inquisitiveness: Being able to ask questions at allbusiness levels both internally to hiring managers and externallyto candidates.
    • Strong communication:Demonstrate strong communication skills influencing negotiating andcollaborating with all decisionmakers within the company. Abilityto articulate conversations with stakeholders and learn to partnerwith them rather than having a directive relationship.
    • Confidence: To the best of your ability and knowledge asa recruiter if you feel the recruitment process is not beingfollowed challenge it to all levels within the business.
    • RelationshipBuilding: Ability to developrelationships and manage both Internal and Externalstakeholders.

    QualificationsExperience Knowledge and Skills:

    • 5 years of Recruitment experience. Preference will be forIndustry knowledge in the PMCM industry.
    • in Human Resources Management or a related field.
    • A passionate and driven recruiter who enjoys working in achallenging environment.
    • Experience closingcandidates to offers in a competitive market.
    • Selfsufficient and able to work with little directsupervision.
    • A track record of demonstrating astrong work ethic integrity and personal accountability.
    • Strong knowledge of multiple job boards social mediaother sourcing platforms ATS and CRM.
    • Proventrack record of building rapport with hiring managers andcrossfunctional partners.
    • Must be proficientin Microsoft Office.
    • Strong oral and writtencommunication skills
    • Excellent time managementand organisationalskills.
