    We are looking for a driven andresultsoriented Business Development Manager to join our team andplay a key role in expanding our garments trading business. In thisrole you will be responsible for identifying new salesopportunities developing and executing strategic plans to grow ourclient base and managing relationships with existing and potentialcustomers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to identify newbusiness opportunities emerging trends and potential customers inthe garment trade industry.
    • Develop andimplement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenuetargets for garments trading.
    • Build strongrelationships with potential and existing clients understandingtheir needs and proposing solutions through our garmentofferings.
    • Negotiate and close deals ongarment purchases and sales ensuring adherence to company policiesand profit margins.
    • Prepare and deliverpresentations to showcase our garment products and their valueproposition to clients.
    • Attend industry tradeshows conferences and networking events to generate leads and buildbrand awareness.
    • Manage and analyze sales datato identify areas for improvement and optimize business developmentstrategies.
    • Stay uptodate on industry trendscompetitor activities and fashion developments in the garment tradesector.
    • Work collaboratively with internalteams such as sales marketing and logistics to ensure smoothexecution of business development initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in business administration MarketingInternational Trade or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 35 years of experience in business developmentpreferably within the garments trading industry.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets andachieving business growth objectives.
    • Excellent understanding of international traderegulations and customs procedures.
    • Strongnegotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships withclients.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suiteand CRM software.
    • Experience attending tradeshows and industry events (a plus).
    • Fluency inEnglish and an additional language (e.g. Arabic Mandarin) is astrong asset.
