Description

1- Supervise and lead a team of production line operators, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

2- Ensure the smooth operation of the filling line, including start-up, shutdown, changeovers, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

3- Monitor production output, quality control, and efficiency to meet production targets and customer requirements.

4- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and resolve any operational issues.

5- Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.

6- Maintain accurate production records, including batch documentation, quality control reports, and downtime analysis.

7- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to optimize line performance, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
