    JobDescription

    • Assists with filing and tracking ofTraining documents. Ensures training attendances, certificates, aretracked and updated in an efficientmanner.
    • Maintains accurate and up to daterecords of all training activities – including On the JobTraining and Department TrainingCalendars.
    • Assists in driving thecolleague's recognition program and organize celebrationwith the Talent & Culture Team. Assists with thecoordination and organization of employee relation activitiesincluding Employee Recognition events and Yearly StaffParties.
    • Must be able to perform a variety ofduties, often changing from one task to another of a differentnature without loss of efficiency orcomposure.
    • Administers the purchasing processfor training materials. Maintains accurate inventory of allsupplies and equipment within T&C andL&D.
    • Keeps the internal communicationboards current, organized and exciting.
    • Ensurescolleagues are aware of and use all training tools available in thecompany and in the property, including INES and all the differentcourses available in it.
    • Manages all crosstraining requests and maintain allrecords.
    • Other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • College/University degree inHospitality is a plus
    • Strong oral and writtencommunication skills
    • Efficient in working onMicrosoft Office and other digital platform to create content forTrainings
    • Ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment and take initiative
    • Excellentorganizational skills & Analyticalskills
