● Managing andretaining relationships with existing clients

● Develop strategies to convertadhocs clients to the subscription model
● Havingan in-depth knowledge of the RI products and valueproposition
● Identifying and mapping businessstrengths and client needs
● Researching businessopportunities and viable revenue streams
●Managing the sales process end to end, from prospecting toclosure
● Following industry events &trends locally and internationally
● Drafting andreviewing contracts/proposals
● Reporting onsuccesses and areas needing improvements
●Liaising with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure clientdelivery and satisfaction
