    Description
    • To ensure a professional andprofitable operation within the framework of theHotel
    • With the hotel training manager, identifytraining needs and develop and deliver the required training fordepartment employees to meet the needs of the business. Support thetraining of Departmental Trainers to continue to improve hotelservice levels, and implement a daily departmental trainingprogram
    • With the restaurant manager, to achievedepartmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increasedsales revenue and the efficient costexpenditure
    • To accurately forecast businessdemands to ensure efficient staffing & foodproduction
    • To be aware of all Anantara GuestIncentive programs, and actively promote and supportthese.
    • To ensure the efficient scheduling ofManagement & Team Members in the outlet, and to beresponsible for the accurate supervision of the team member timecontrol system.
    • To train subordinate managersand supervisors in effective "coaching andcounseling" and the correct process of progressivediscipline
    • To be responsible for maintainingoutlet safety and sanitation standards at alltimes
    • To be responsible for asset management ofall outlet property and facilities, and to conduct a regularpreventative maintenance inspection.
    • Promotepositive inter-departmental relations through candid communicationand cooperation
